The chairman, Senate Committee on Appropriations, Senator Solomon Adeola has appealed to Nigerians to pray for President Bola Tinubu and the country for the successful implementation of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

In his 2026 Easter message, Adeola, who represents Ogun West Senatorial District, said the faithful implementation of the agenda is laying groundwork for a prosperous, secure future with globally noted gains.

The lawmaker, in the message signed by his media adviser, Kayode Odunaro, urged Christians and all citizens to live the virtues of sacrifice, patience, love and abiding faith that Christ’s death and resurrection model.

“No society develops where love, mutual sacrifice, patience and hope are missing,” he stressed, linking those virtues to national progress.

He said Tinubu’s reforms, echoed in the All Progressives Congress, APC-controlled states, have steered Nigeria toward positive growth, a trend praised by the World Bank; International Monetary Fund, IMF, and the World Trade Organization, WTO.

“The President has shown courage to do what’s right now; dividends of democracy will broaden soon,” Adeola said.

The senator asked Nigerians to join efforts against economic and security challenges and to uphold Tinubu in prayer throughout the Easter season and beyond.

He expressed hope that, just as Easter opened salvation’s door, hard work and prayer can secure a better Nigeria free from rampant insecurity and deprivation.
