Supporters of Team Gbaja have reiterated their confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda during a sensitisation and mobilisation rally held on Friday in Nigeria’s North Central Zone.
The gathering brought together party supporters who pledged continued backing for the administration while applauding the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, for what they described as his dedication to public service.
Addressing the participants, the National Spokesperson of Team Gbaja, Tabuko Kennedy, said the objective of the rally was to encourage peaceful civic engagement, strengthen democratic participation, and promote national development.
Kennedy argued that the administration’s performance should be judged by concrete achievements, pointing to several projects and policy initiatives he said have positively impacted the country.
These included the rescue of abducted schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State through a coordinated security operation without ransom, the commencement of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway project, implementation of the Student Loan Scheme, and increased investment in road infrastructure nationwide.
He also highlighted reforms aimed at expanding local refining capacity in the petroleum sector, improved collaboration among security agencies, and economic initiatives targeting agriculture, digital innovation, investment, and social intervention programmes.
According to him, these measures have strengthened public confidence in the administration and underscored the need for continued support.
Kennedy reminded supporters that the rally was intended to remain peaceful and lawful, urging them to avoid provocation while exercising their constitutional rights.
He further encouraged participants to remain active in voter education, community mobilisation, and constructive dialogue that would foster unity, security, and sustainable national development.
The rally concluded with participants expressing solidarity with Team Gbaja, the Renewed Hope Agenda, and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
